| Gongs of the Central Highlands | The Central Highlands’ Gong instruments formed into sets. Each set is a musical allotment with a close system of sound. Each set of Gongs consists of 3 or 15 of gongs together with drums and cymbals. As the part of a musical allotment mentioned above, Gongs reflect an efficiency of excellent sound. Furthermore in the co-ordinative-synchronous performance that the natives call “competition” of Gongs. Hence, these musical instruments mobilized in a majestic space of Highland forests. Gongs music caused everybody tremulously, attracted most of the generation and they are also admired by legendary long-poems.

| | | Festivals in Daklak province and in the Central highlands | When H’lung tree at the beginning of village and Thap tree in the heart of village beaming buttons that is the time for boys and girls of the Highlands to wear their the most beautiful dresses, tunicas, loin-cloths to attend jubilant festival days. Therein, there are the thanks-giving for Rice-God and their ancestors, the pray for health of the family and himself. They play the Gongs, the drums, and bamboo-instruments and sing overnight.

| | | Dak Tuar grotto - a historic revolutionary vestige in Krong Bong district | Dak Tuar grotto, 6km from the heart of Cu Pui hamlet (Krong Bong district), lay at Dak Tuar falls. During the war against American Empire, Dak Tuar grotto used to be the Base of DakLak Party committee and regular military troops of the province. Thanks to the inaccessible terrain. They chose the grotto “The headquarters” to lead people for Resistance. The American had tried to bomb, to mop-up over and over in order to clear up to base, but they always got clinker. In May 1965, at Dak Tuar, DakLak Party committee led ethnic minorities of H9 area on the East of the province, this land now belonging to Krong Bong District.
